🎴 Hidden Pieces

Hidden-piece Xiangqi (Jiéqí). Every piece except the Generals starts face-down and shuffled - its first move follows the rule for whatever piece normally starts on that square, then it's revealed for good. Revealed Advisors and Elephants also stop being restricted to the palace / the home side of the river.
